Madonna accidentally flashes photographers at Fashion Week

Madonna suffered an epic fashion fail at a top runway show yesterday when she accidentally flashed a nipple in a see-through top.
The veteran pop star attended New York Fashion week with her daughter Lourdes, but the singer’s saucy outfit left her a little over-exposed.
Madonna headed to the Big Apple’s premiere style gathering wearing a sexy black outfit featuring sheer fabric over a black bra top.
She teamed the semi-see-through top with a black Adidas tracksuit, and sat on the front row for the Alexander Wang show with her daughter Lourdes.
However, Madonna appeared to make a boob of herself when she leaned forward to rest her head on the teenager’s shoulder.
Her sheer top shifted, and left a nipple on display for the world to see.
The singer did not appear to notice the wardrobe malfunction, and kept a big smile on her face as she posed for pictures with Lourdes.
The teen looked less than impressed, and leaned her face against her hand as her mother cuddled up to her.

Each design was developed through experimenting on what comes out of the loom after reweaving various types of waste fabric I found in a bag factory, including nylon bag linings, leather and luxurious silk warp. I tried to make sustainable fashion appealing by mixing in contemporary Asian aesthetic...
